Rain

Track got rained out. So I went back to sleep.
At lunch I was going to do the bike heart rate test but I forgot my headphones and I was not up for 40min hr test on a spin bike w no music!
So I went to Crossfit. Always good for a beating. It may not be the best tri training but I sure feel good after a couple of days at class.
We worked on the snatch. Pretty tech movement.
Then wod was 5 10 15 of 95lb squat snatches, hang squat cleans and toes to bar. Lung burner!
